For many years, Robin Marshall was responsible for editing and producing our British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary magazine, Business News. Despite his position as Managing Editor of The Budapest Sun, Robin took direct responsibility for the magazine, working closely with Chamber staff, drawing up a content list, commissioning work, writing much of it himself as well as taking sole responsibility for all the layout and design. And when we felt the time had come to renew the magazine's look, Robin completely redesigned Business News for us.
He has also, since its inception several years ago, hosted a major annual event for us, when prospective Chamber Council candidates are introduced to the membership prior to our Annual General Meeting. We have always found Robin to be an extremely professional business partner.
Throughout our working relationship, I have known him as an enthusiastic, conscientious, well-prepared colleague who is continuously searching for new knowledge, and whose oral and written communication skills, his analytical and global thinking, and also his co-operation, suggestions, and ideas, have contributed to the overall success of the publications of the Chamber, and also to its good atmosphere.

Executive Director
British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary
Over the last seven years of organizing and directing nation-wide writing initiatives for International and Hungarian students from all over Hungary, Robin Marshall has been the primary vehicle of inspiration and encouragement to thousands of young writers and thinkers.
It was Robin's leadership, guidance, creativity and insight that helped to connect the Hungarian and Expat writing communities and, most notably, to create Hungary's (and one of Europe's) largest writing awards (valued at over 1.5 million HUF).
